I gave up on tracking for a while thinking I'd just "do it on my own".I failed. I gave up sweets for 6 days and gained 2 pounds. Back to tracking and weighing in!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
