Anybody else gain weight when they first start working out? No, it's not muscle. But my friend said she always gains 5 lbs before she starts losing when she begins to work out regularly again... Maybe increased blood flow to the muscles or something... For me it could be heart failure exacerbation. I sure hope not! Will know next month.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
