im finally down. now i hope i can keep going lower. im really watching not just what i eat but more importantly how much. i went from working 10 hrs. a week to 16 hrs. a week & some weeks its gonna be up to $19. i have an organizing & cleaning business
228.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
