I always forget to put in my meals and whatnot, but I am still eating in a normal manner. I did decide to try intermittent fasting for a few days. The first day I chose to start my intermittent fasting was yesterday. I hopped on the scale yesterday morning and it read 117.5 lbs. I checked this morning and it read 115.0 lbs. My eating schedule is 16/8. That means I fast for 16 hours (mostly when I’m sleeping) and I can only eat in a set 8 hours of the day. I do eat low-calorie and healthy foods during the 8 hours though. Also I apologize for not posting updates that much recently. As I stated above I tend to forget to input my meals and other stats.
