Monday, succeeded in all liquid protein day. Friday through Sunday did poorly starting off with $2 samples at the OC Fair. Didn't track either. Did exercise and drink adequate water.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
