Well today is the day that i restart my weight loss journey. March 2nd 2012 i was in a car accident and i broke my leg in two spots. I had a tibeal plateau fracture and a fibular head fracture of my left leg. I have been out of commission for four months. I haven't been able to run for four months. Monday i went running for the first time. The knee is a little sore but I feel that I can manage through it. I am hopeful for the future. I worked out today and yesterday trying to get back into a routine.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
