So I’m feeling like I’m sinning is it bad to eat late night (after 8pm) I got out of the gym late and decided to eat a healthy dinner so I conjured up something simple ( ground beef) turned it into meatballs and baked them in the oven. Used whole wheat spaghettis with prego sauce traditional. I don’t know if I’m doing good but I’m keeping my calories under 3,000 calories a day.
219.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating late at night can be tough on digestion and sleep. It’s one of the major causes of GERD. But sometimes it just can’t be avoided. Just wait awhile before going to bed/laying down....
