So I’m feeling like I’m sinning is it bad to eat late night (after 8pm) I got out of the gym late and decided to eat a healthy dinner so I conjured up something simple ( ground beef) turned it into meatballs and baked them in the oven. Used whole wheat spaghettis with prego sauce traditional. I don’t know if I’m doing good but I’m keeping my calories under 3,000 calories a day.
