It's been 4 days and no weight loss. Super frustrating. I am in ketosis so the fat is burning. May try reducing calories to 1000-1100 for the nest couple days.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
