Went to the doctor today for my lab results of two months ago. My cholesterol and blood pressure were very high back then. I weighed 196 lbs. or so. I weighed 175 lbs today but that's because we went on vacation for a week to Lake Havasu with friends. I hadn't drank alcohol for over a month and I was on a Pescatarian diet and exercising. Well, I gave in to having beer, eating meat and other unhealthy food, and only exercised one day. I gained only 3 lbs. Not bad but I am back to not drinking alcohol and my Pescatarian diet. Must get back to my workouts asap. 😊❤🚶♀️💪👍
