Frustrated is the word I'm looking for. I can't seem to shake this weight even though I've been busting it HARD. On Saturday, I pulled something. My knee had some water swelling (very minor), and I couldn't work out today like I was hoping. On the flip side, I did go down a belt notch. Yay! Our trainer said I might fluctuate and not give up, but it's hard when the scale betrays you.

Craig, also remember, brother, that part of the measure of success is not the scale in the short term but how your clothes fit. In the long-term the scales matter, but it most likely is that you are gaining some muscle as you use them again, and for big guys like us, it can seem we are getting nowhere when in fact we are, but it takes new muscle to move this much man down the road at higher speeds! Keep it up! God wants us healthy!

Craig: This is a life change and in life we run into roadblocks, however; GOD is faithful to bring around the other side!
