Complete bs that I gained 2 lbs from 1 cheat day fml. Burned 3000 cal, ate 2400 cals DAMN Chinese food! Why must you torment me so!!! Back on the wagon today though :D
197.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
