So this is my first post everyone, I do believe I’d get some motivation and advice . Started dieting and exercising about 8 weeks ago mainly because I wanted a flat belly and hopefully packs as well, so I’ve lost 7kg in 8 weeks but not quite sure the belly fat is going down. What can I do ?
