I think the cause of my gain is beer and salt. Had a lunch date with my love and the weight came in a doggie bag. Gonna try and not beat myself up too much and strive for a better today.
166.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
