O_O So...I ate a ridiculous amount of food, but LOST weight? I'm so confused. After I started exercising, my weight drops don't seem to follow my calorie deficits. For a micro-managing freak like me, it's very annoying. But! But! I'm happy I lost the weight. ^_^

UPDATE: OMG, the second month of Insanity was RIDICULOUS. After the fit test it was an hour long and I almost gave up halfway. But I stuck with it. With the fit test and the actual exercise vid, it as 850 cals!! I NEVER did an exercise that hard! >_> I'm starting to see why this program may help me lose a lot of weight...
147.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
