Well, I'm continuing to eat food that makes me feel good. I'm watching portion sizes. Love my lunch: Apple pie with cheese! It has fat protein dairy and fruit, and kept me satiated all afternoon. Love that lunch! Down from 177 to 174.8. So that's 2.2 lbs lost this week! On track to reach my goal.
