Hi everyone
I took a year break from the app - I was becoming too obsessed with calories - I was driving myself a little crazy :- I feel like I need some structure, so Im back. I have been vegetarian since October last year - which was one of the best moves I made - Just an overall better feeling within my body and feel like things are just digesting better. I have adopted a High Protein / Low Carb approach this time which is surprisingly working well (for the last week). Thank god for Fry's burger patties - Very high in protein and low in cals.
Anyways - goodluck to everyone - lets tackle this fat demon together

147.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
