I am experiencing joy moment to moment. Feeling lighter, happier, healthier, and in touch with the plants and animals around me. Organic chicken and in season fruits are going a long way towards that goal. Finding menu items that are light and tasty at local restaurants. My life is definitely better this week than it was last week. This is a change in mindset!
