Woohoo. Down 4lbs in 2 days. Likely all waterweight but I don't care.
Let the fasting continue. 7 more and I will be thrilled for summer
146.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
