I'm still doing the diet and working out and I'm looking and feeling great. ive only missed one day of exrcise and I'm not losing weight very fast but the muscle I'm getting is great
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
