Bought a scale! I'm now at 184! The last weigh in is inaccurate because I was going off a previous weigh-in about 2 weeks ago or so (from a friend's house that had a scale). But I really didn't start doing much until this week.
I'm keeping at around 1000 calories on days that I'm not very active. Days where I am a lot more active (like, I actually go out to get some exercise), I stay around 1400. Once I start doing weight training, I'll be allowing myself more food.
And also, we've been eating out a lot the last few weeks for some reason. So... I've been researching healthier meals from various restaurants that I like to go to. I want to make sure I eat plenty of veggies, get in my dairy and eat whole grains. I'm not a fan of beef, so I've always preferred that over fattier meats.
Going out of town for hte week, so I don't think I'll be doing grocery shopping. Thankfully, there's a Subway across the street from where I work. :D
