1262 kcal Fat: 31.59g | Prot: 63.25g | Carb: 193.25g.   Breakfast: Blueberries , Light Original Soymilk, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: Better'n Eggs, Turkey Maple Sausage Patties, Wheat English Muffins, Blueberries, Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner: Junior Roast Beef Sandwich (Kids Meal). Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Soymilk, Fruity Cheerios, Life Cereal - Original, Tootsie Roll (Small), Banana Chips, Raisins, Glazed Walnuts. more...
