This is just dumb. I was doing really well there, an d now I'm letting myself slip. Well no more. I will record everything I eat. That really seems to be my key. This includes the coming week, when I'll be on the road. I plege to do this.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
