Did better with the excercise than I expected; I averaged at least 40 minutes a day. BUT I'm hungry all the time so I've been eating more---not really junk but too much and not enough water. Lots of machine in the new gym so I'm going to try a new one each week.
145.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

I know what you mean about being hungry all the time. I have tried to eat less but more iften. It certainly fights the hunger, but sometimes I just want to see a proper meal on my plate...AAARRRGGG what's a girl to do?
