I pigged out last night. We did campfire cooking. I had 3 hot dogs, 1 bun, a dozen potato chips, and too many brewskis and s'mores. After staying home for a month and a half, it's time to take responsibility again. Here we go!
256.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 111.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
