yesterday was a good win, I think. no eating out, good walk, did have some grain, but just one slice of bread. I was exhausted yesterday and I hope that was sleeping related instead of cranky metabolism related. good weight loss this morning, my goal is just to end this week under 164 (trying for about a pound per week)
