Yesterday was good diet day, just not a good keep track day. I know that I walked over three miles, because I hit the track. That was when I found out my pedometer isn't working. Have to buy a new one today. Then I forgot to record dinner last night. Up side is that I still must have done alright and the scale moved down again this morning.
