After cheat day I gained 3lb.. this is crazy😭
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dude it’s water weight and just bloating because of the air I swear if you want to do this again after your have a cheat day take a shot of apple cider vinegar before bed then the next day drink a lot of black coffee also you can drink the black coffee during a cheat day to 👌 trust me
