My weight has been all over the place this week, which isn't surprising with what I've had going on. Trying to keep myself from giving in to the temptation to eat myself into oblivion. Why is food a comfort thing?? Especially food that isn't healthy?
142.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
