yipee! I reached my "tanning goal" but I got lasik on Friday so I have to wait anyway....I should reset my goal I guess! This is awesome--I am in a total groove and plan to keep it up

135.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
