Had the flu the last 2 days so it helped at weigh in. MY journal reflects it. Hope I can maintain the loss and continue to move forward.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you are feeling better. If the weight doesn’t stay down next week, remember that it would not have anything to do with you doing something wrong. So whether it stays down or a little gain as you’re getting your health back, remember you are doing one heck of an awesome job!
