First loss I've decided I need to cut my sodium intake.... It's nice to decide things :P from my biggest 5 or 6 weeks ago I've lost 33lbs :)
317.0 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
