Today I entered the Maintenance phase at Medi. It includes 600 protein calories, 2 vegetable servings, 1 fruit serving, 1 health fat serving, 1 dairy serving, 2 starches.
126.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
