It's been hard lately. As far as eating, It seems I am eating the right foods. Yet I still may indulge on some chips or ice cream, oh yeah nevertheless the beer too. But I still ride my bike at least twice a week 11+ miles, trying to get back on track to 16+, or even 20 miles again like last summer.
