Back on track. The quickly gained weight from the weekend, is as predicted, leaving quickly as well. My workouts are back on track, and did YBB yesterday using some of the heaviest weights yet. I'm getting there!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
