Hi, I just read your bio, I’m sorry for what your going through. When I found it difficult to eat in the past I drank smoothies, full of nutrients and sometimes it’s easier to drink your calories than eat them. Take care x

Whole foods - complex carbs, fruits, proteins, veggies. I know it's probably hard to get the energy to cook so I think trico's idea is really good. My Mom passed last year too and it has been hard on my Dad. Well wishes to you.
