First day of my new healthy life style. I went to the gym before work and I was shocked that I could barely do 30 minutes on the cross trainer. I ended up doing 20 minutes on the CT and 6 minutes on the bike. When I got to work I felt awesome. I ate really great food and felt satisfied all night. With how amazing I'm feeling I can't see why I wouldn't keep it up. I really feel this is my time to shine. I would love for once in my life to love what I see in the mirror.
