Ugh, I completely destroyed my diet over the last few days. I even worked out yesterday and I still put on a bunch of weight. It's probably a lot of water weight as well, I definitely did not get enough water. Today is a new day, my spell last night will give me the strength and will to lose this weight. I'm starting off my day healthy with a banana.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
