I knew it was going to be a bad week as I had way too much sugar intake. I had two days this week where something I ate did not agree with my stomach and had bad cramps. The kind where all you can do is try and sleep it off. So I was drinking Sprite and neither my work or apt vending machines carried it in Diet. So I drank quite a few of the regular kind since I felt so bad and did not want to make a special trip to the store just for diet soda. So I gained back a pound. But at least my stomach is feeling better (for the time being) and I am going to stay away from regular Sprite. I did notice by the end of the week that our vending machines at work carried Sprite Zero. I'm not sure if someone heard me complaining or not, but I was glad to see it there.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

glad your feeling better. Actually anything with "ginger" in it will help soothe your tummy, you can try a hot tea that has ginger in it, or diet "ginger ale". Im glad they got the zero sprite in for you though. I've never been a soda drinker so I don't miss any of it. Good luck
