I'm surprised that after the large meals I had last weekend I didn't gain more weight. I did however, when confronted with the large pulled pork sandwich, cut it in half and brought it and half the coleslaw home for a meal the next day. Before my Diabetes Prevention class, I just would have eaten the whole thing.
