2 of the 4 lbs that appeared overnight are gone. THANK GOD. Now I have some real weight to lose... Diet was terrible yesterday but I will continue to move toward health and feeling good! Worked out for 45 min this morning and tried to work out last night. (Forgot my shoes.) I'm still doing yoga and recording calories. The rest WILL come. Breakfast this morning was tasty. Not 100% healthy, but real food. From my own kitchen. Complete with homemade jam. So I'm happy with my progress. Plus my pre-workout snack was fruit. :)
