Up, up, up, we go! I know what happened....it was that spaghetti.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Have you tried switching to whole wheat spaghetti?

It was whole wheat. It could also have been that I made this yummy chicken Lombardy. (I didn't mention that one.) The salt from that and the spaghetti sauce could've done me in! Thanks!

yeah definitely possible..do you drink the water with lemon in it? That helps get rid of the water retention from the salt.

I had an incident with a plate of nacho's smothered in cheese. I was up over a pound the next day!!!! Definatly salt was the culprite. Just keep drinking the H2O.
