Joined a new gym so should have no excuse for not doing my new competion----30 mins. a day,6 days a week. I have some equipment but sometimes I need the company for support.
143.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
