oh my goodness, I am up 10 pounds since vacation! I am on day 1 of hcg again, and going strong I will drink lots of water, eat healthy, exercise daily, and be strong. I am in crunch time, and need to lose 40 pounds by haiti and be down to 200 by my bday! I will do this!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
