Okay, game on. I really stuck to the program, then J got home around 6PM yesterday. I had 2 Diet Cokes with vanilla vodka. My big "carrot" at the end of the week!! Got on scale this morning, and I am down 2 lbs. I'll take it!!!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
