Took my favorite kid/family member/companion on his first walk of this challenge and, as always, there were no complaints (good, Poopyman!).

Quick walk around the neighborhood and clocked 25 minutes.

We're praying for you folks in the northeast (especially DC) without power. Please keep safe.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sure your Poopyman really appreciates the walks! I know my pooch loves it! I have had him on two walks already, although they are usually not as long as I would like them to be, they still seem to do the both of us a world of good!
