Traveling home this weekend to see my family in South Carolina... Mom is making her famous Chicken Salad and Cookies. God help me to stay strong... LOL. I haven't cheated in 21 days on my diet yet... I don't want to mess us now being so close to my goal.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

somewhat with HCG but its more about content. fats & carbs... I can gain and stall...and Im so close to my goal... :(

I started just giving myself permission in those situations. That makes it a win-win, regardless of outcome. You're going to nail your goal no matter what goes down this weekend.

PS - You may already know this, but there is no magic to that 21 Day / 45 Day HG Cycle thing. I ran for months, non stop. Connected with many others who had done same and much longer with no ill effect.
