Well, Not gunna lie. I did not stick to my diet at all this weekend on the trip home. I ate what I wanted. Im sure I have gained a few pounds as a result. I haven't been home yet and had the chance to weigh but I will. Tomorrow morning. I didn't waste my injections this weekend. So I am on a mini-steak day today and the gym for 2 hours after work. It will take a few days again to start seeing the weight drop But that's OK. I'm motivated more than ever and it was well worth it with all the memories shared are created this past weekend with family and friends. :) Its Monday and Back to the grind.
