200.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

life changes can throw us off on diet, it takes time to "re-adjust".. I just realized recently that eating healthy would benefit both me and my husband, so even though there is a man in our life, we know that they are bigger than us and can burn and consume more calories than us women. I'm only 5'2' so I consider myself a small car that doesn't need as much fuel and a big car like my hubby who is much taller than me. He actually is getting healthier since I started cooking healthier. You will work things out, it is so easy to get sidetracked. There is so much temptation out there waiting to pull us in .. be strong Rosehillgirl .. be strong.

Thank you...today is a new start...I will be adding smoothies with fresh veggies and frozen fruit to my diet. We purchased a nutribullet for this reason and I am anxious to try it out. I have gone back and tried to see what items I have eaten over the past 2 days that would make my stomach swell (I suffer from diverticulosis)...not real for sure I'm thinking maybe the broth from the chicken mushroom soup (the boullion is high in sodium). Today I go back to work and I have decided to cut back on my coffee intake (1 cup a day) and I am increasing my water intake...Hope all this helps...but the bright side...when I stepped on the scale Christmas morning my weight was down...
