Yeah... that sort of thing is super addictive (nuts, Ritz crackers, Doritos, etc)... it's like there's no stopping as soon as you start. :D Not advocating chocolate eating, but might just be better to have a small chocolate bar handy, atleast you know that when it's finished there's no more. :)

FioLog, I wanted precisely nuts and precisely macadamia) I justify that nuts s bit healthier than a chocolate bar and probably I needed some nutrients that macadamia contains... and I reflected upon it during all 2oz of macadamia 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Chocolate's got cocoa beans... I count that as one of my "five a day". :D Macademia nut and chocolate cookies would surely count as 2. :D

there are alot worse things you can snack on then nuts.
I'm very dubious about the Cal's we actually take from nuts(almonds and walnuts in particular)
during my 8 week challenge I didn't log my almonds and I would have had 1000+ Cal's worth a day. still held weight,gained muscle and shredded body fat.

Rosio19, you‘re right. Skinny fat is about me( actually not so skinny 🙈 but I need more muscles. Now I have no opportunitie to go to the gym, probably in the near future😏

If u lift weights u can eat 1900 and more and still make gran progress on shaping ur body

stuff like nuts are so hard for me. it's best to try and resist having them at home in the first place.

Rosio, 7 months ago I lifted... 3 times per week with 40 min kardio ans 1 Time I had a 2 Hour Poledance. I ate 1600 kcal and my weight was at the same level( I reduced to 1500 and my weight was really slooowed down. That’s why 1900 for me sounds like something unnatural.

Yasmine, usually I weight one portion (20g) and the rest hide in cabinet))) and it’s ok. Everything is under control))) but if I start with 3 unplanned pieces.... my control sleep somewhere very deep🙈
