10p.m. All my calories have already eaten. But I understood that I wanna macadamia nuts. No, I W-A-N-N-A... and I ate. Firstly two nuts.. then 2 nuts more... and ... I think I ate about 2oz. And 1 spoon of yogurt. So today instead of 1400 kcal I ate more than 1900😭😭😭 what’s wrong with me? Why I can’t just shut my mouth?
